Kourtney Rasmussen, M.Ed., BCBA (she/her)
Senior Behavioural Consultant
Kourtney completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Thompson Rivers University. She graduated from the University of British Columbia where she completed her Masters of Education in Special Education, with a concentration in Autism and Developmental Disabilities. Kourtney has been supporting children diagnosed with autism in home, school and a variety of community-based settings since 2006. Kourtney is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA™). She is currently working as a Behavioural Consultant here at Family Centred Practices Group.
We have experience and expertise supporting families from diverse cultures and have Consultants in our group who speak various languages including Cantonese, Mandarin, French, Spanish and Punjabi, Hindi and Farsi. We aim to individualize our support to meet the cultural needs of each family. We are happy to arrange translation services as needed. Please let us know if translation services are needed."
